How to create an account at the Help Desk

To create account:

  1. Go to the Help Desk.

  2. Fill up a form.

  3. Create an account.

Common issues

  • Delete cookies

  • Check spam folder

  • Update browser

How to submit a ticket

  • Log in on the Help Desk

  • Choose a topic

  • Fill up all fields

  • Click Create

Ticket priority

Help Desk has 4 Priority levels:

  • ASAP

  • Critical

  • Urgent

  • Normal
