How to Report an Issue

When submitting a ticket to the Help Desk, please provide:

  • Screenshots

  • The exact timeframe of the issue (when it stopped working; when it started working)

  • Symbols you’re requesting

  • Logs collected (if any)

  • Code you are using to receive this data

  • The address which you are connecting to (endpoint)

  • API language

  • API version

  • Platform you are using

  • IP address you are connecting from
