How to submit a ticket
Log in on the Help Desk.
Choose a topic.
Fill up all fields.
Click the Create button.
Note
To submit a support ticket, you must be an authorized customer with the necessary credentials to access our customer portal. If you haven't received your login details, please reach out to your sales manager.
Ticket priority
Help Desk has 4 Priority levels:
ASAP
Critical
Urgent
Normal
Technical Support Procedures page describes how we understand these priorities.
Ticket types
